Saint Andrew's Pastor
Rev. Andrew Nelson
A 2012 graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, Pastor Nelson (he/they) has served in parish ministry, hospital chaplaincy, and summer camp ministry. He sings with the Albany Gay Men’s Chorus and is a member of Proclaim, the ELCA’s professional network of LGBTQ+ rostered ministers and seminarians.
Sunday Worship

Sunday Worship with weekly Eucharist at
10:00 AM followed by fellowship in the parish hall. We use the Revised Common Lectionary,
a 3 year cycle of readings through the Gospels. If you have any questions about the shape of worship, please ask! We’re all enriched by curiosity from every age and background.

Masks are not required, but we do love to sing, so if you’re feeling unwell or may have been exposed to an airborne illness like COVID, wearing a mask will help us all gather safely.

From Route 9 South -- turn left onto Gansevoort Road (Rt. 32) at the blinking yellow light. Go 0.9 miles to Saint Andrew Lutheran Church on your left.
From Route 9 North (accessed via Rt. 87 Northway exit 17 North) -- turn right at the light to
Bluebird Road, then left onto Gansevoort Road (Rt. 32) to Saint Andrew Lutheran Church on your right.
